For restaurants, shops, salons and every business that sells

Everything your shop does. One place.

A storefront your customers order from. One queue for every order, however it arrived. Stock that counts itself down before it embarrasses you, and a day's sales you can understand when you close.

Free to open — no monthly or yearly fee. Nothing to install, and your customers need no app and no account.

What it costs

₦0 to open. ₦0 a month. ₦0 a year.

Ekime never sends your business a bill: no subscription, no setup fee and nothing to renew. You pay for what you use — a small fee on each order paid through Ekime, which your customer pays with the bill, and a small fee when you move more than ₦5,000 to your bank.

To open and to keep

₦0

Every tool here is included: your storefront, the order queue, stock, your team, the wallet and the reports. No monthly fee, no yearly fee, nothing to renew.

A small fee per order

₦60 – ₦350

On every order paid through Ekime, however small, by its size. Nothing on cash or a card on your own POS. Your customer pays it — or you can choose to cover it yourself.

Moving money to your bank

₦0 · ₦10 · ₦20

By the amount, like any bank transfer — ₦0 up to ₦5,000, ₦10 under ₦50,000, ₦20 above it.

The fee goes by the size of the order: ₦60 up to ₦2,500, ₦100 up to ₦5,000, ₦150 up to ₦20,000, ₦250 up to ₦100,000 and ₦350 above. It is charged on every order paid through Ekime, however small — online, or by a payment link or invoice. Cash, a card on your own POS and a transfer straight to you carry no fee. Your customer pays it, shown to them before they pay — or you can choose to cover it yourself, from Settings. VAT is added only if your business is registered for it and switches it on.

On the menu right now

Every one of these is an item on a shop running on Ekime, with the picture from its own menu. Tap any of them.

Here to order, not to sell?

Every shop on Ekime is open to anybody. Browse them, or search everything they sell in one list.

Ekime partners · earn from every order

Know the shops in your area? Turn that into work.

Partners are people who bring shops to Ekime. They sign businesses up, help them set up and keep them trading. For every paid order at a business you brought in, you earn ₦20 of the small fee Ekime takes on each order, for 24 months from its first paid order — paid into an account of your own.

No shop of your own, no stock, no capital. A phone, and the businesses you already know. The more they trade, the more you earn — and you keep earning while they do.

  • Bring businesses in

They open their shop with your code or your link.

  • Keep them trading

Your dashboard shows who is stuck, who went quiet, and why.

  • Withdraw when you like

To up to three of your own banks, for a small fee per withdrawal.

You are already running all of this. Just not in one place.

Orders come from five places

A call, a WhatsApp message, somebody at the counter, a customer at table six, a rider waiting. They live in different places and none of them add up at the end of the night.

You find out it is finished when somebody orders it

Nothing counts down while you are busy. The page keeps selling the fish the kitchen ran out of, or the size you sold this morning, and somebody has to go back to the customer.

Money came in. What did you make?

The money in the drawer is one number. What you sold, what delivery cost, which discount went out — that is a different number, and working it out waits for a quiet evening that never comes.

Made for your kind of business

Ekime speaks your trade's language

Choose what you do when you sign up, and your dashboard shows your own screens and your own words. A salon books appointments. A supermarket scans barcodes. A kitchen gets a ticket screen.

Restaurants, bars, kitchens, bakeries, cakes and small chops

  • QR table cards and table bookings
  • A kitchen ticket screen
  • Recipes, and what each dish costs you
  • Orders for a date, with a deposit
  • Split bills and tips

  • Barcode scanning at the till
  • Sizes and colours, each with its own stock
  • Sell by the kg, litre or mudu
  • Shelf labels and packs

Your shop, your link

A shop that looks like yours, not like a form

Your logo, your colours, your photographs. Dishes lead with the picture, the way people actually choose food. A dish with no photograph yet gets a plate of its own rather than a grey box — so a menu looks finished on the first day, not the fiftieth.

  • One link for Instagram, WhatsApp, a card or a QR code
  • Search and categories, so sixty dishes are not one long scroll
  • Dine in, pickup or delivery — you choose what you offer
  • Delivery areas with their own fee, estimate and minimum
  • Customers follow the order afterwards and rate it when it is done
The counter

Every order in one queue, whatever door it came through

The link, the counter, table six, a delivery — all of it arrives in the same list, marked with where it came from. Move an order through confirmed, preparing, ready and done, and everybody looking at the screen sees the same thing.

A diner who scanned the code on their table does not have to say where they are sitting: the order already knows, and it is dine-in whatever else was chosen. Somebody sitting at table nine is not collecting.

Stock

The menu stops selling what the kitchen ran out of

Stock comes down as part of taking the order, not afterwards — so two customers cannot both buy the last one. Cancel or refund an order and the goods go back on the shelf. At zero the item closes itself, and before that the overview tells you what is running low while there is still time to do something about it.

Money you can understand

Your sales for the day, a simple chart, and what each day really brought in — not just what was ordered. Your money is locked behind a PIN only you know.

The people who work for you

Invite a cook by email or hand them a code to type once. Give them a role. Take it back the day they leave, without changing a password.

A record of who did what

Every change is written down with the name of the person who made it, so you always know who did what.

Everything in it

The whole thing, listed plainly

Not a teaser. This is what is in the product today.

Storefront

Your own link, your colours, your logo and up to twelve photos. Search, categories, opening hours and a map to find you.

Orders

One queue for every order whatever door it came through, moved along in your trade's words: preparing, packing or in progress.

Menu, products or services

Categories, prices and pictures, with choices that follow your rules — a size they must pick, up to three toppings.

Stock

Goes down the moment an order is taken, goes back up when one is cancelled or refunded, and the item closes itself at zero.

Sizes and colours

Up to three options on a product, each combination with its own price, stock, picture and barcode.

Weights and measures

Sell by the kg, per 100 g, by the litre or the mudu. Weighed after the order, with the difference settled either way.

Barcodes

Scan at the till with a scanner or the camera. An unknown code becomes a product on the spot, and shelf labels print in one go.

Appointments

Customers book a service, a person and a free time from your link. One column a person, with check-in and no double bookings.

Pre-orders

Orders for a date with a deposit. Taken with the order, Ekime holds it until you accept, and gives it all back if you decline.

Tables & QR

A printed card on each table. A diner scans it, orders from their seat, calls a waiter, or books a table ahead.

Delivery

Your customer picks a delivery company at checkout and we book it when you accept. Or send your own riders, priced by the parts of town you deliver to.

Online payment

A shopper pays by bank transfer from the order's own page. The order marks itself paid when the money lands, and you are credited exactly once.

Discounts

Offers that come off by themselves and coupon codes with their own rules, shown in the total before the customer pays.

Rewards

Points on every paid order, tiers that earn faster, and points spent on the bill at your till.

Customers & reviews

Built from the phone number on the order, with their history in one place. Reviews with photos, which you can answer.

Wallet

Your own account number, what you actually took, and withdrawals behind a transaction PIN, with a record of every movement.

Team

Roles named for your trade, a rota, clock-in on My Shift, tips, and payroll with a file for your bank.

Reports

Sales, money, VAT and stock as spreadsheets or PDF, and a summary emailed to you every day, week and month.

Marketing

Ready-to-post drafts from what you sell, an offer pushed to customers' phones, and email to the regulars who asked for it.

Activity log

Every change written down with the name of who made it.

How it works

Set up this afternoon. Open once we have checked your business.

  1. Create your shop

Your name, where you are and what kind of business it is. A couple of minutes, and nothing to install.

  2. Put in what you sell

Your menu, products or treatments: categories, prices, pictures and the options that go with them. A setup guide walks the first run and ticks itself off.

  3. Verify your business

Send your CAC registration and the ID of the person who answers for the business. We usually check it within two working days, and your shop stays hidden until we have.

  4. Share your link

One link for Instagram, WhatsApp, a card or a QR code on the table. Orders start arriving at the counter.

The business guides

See it working before you start

What Ekime is, how it helps your business, and every menu of your dashboard, step by step. One guide for each kind of business, showing your own screens. Watch it, or download it to read and share.

Questions

Answered plainly, including how the money reaches you.

No. Your shop is a web page. They open the link, choose what they want and order — no app, no account, no password. They follow the order afterwards with the order number and the phone they gave you.
